About the Role
The Territory Sales Manager will drive revenue growth within the UK & Ireland territory by developing new accounts and expanding the existing customer base across industry verticals, including:
- Automotive
- Aerospace
- Defence
- Energy
Responsibilities
- Sell software engineering solutions across the nCode brand portfolio, including:
- nCode durability & fatigue software
- Test data analysis tools
- Data management solutions
- Material testing services
- Drive the ReliaSoft brand, covering reliability and maintainability products and services
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets and grow the customer base
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through:
- Networking
- Prospecting
- Industry event engagement
- Oversee end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to deal closure
- Collaborate with technical teams to create compelling product demos and proposals
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships bydeeply understanding and addressing client needs
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular updates on pipeline status

Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in:
- CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering)
- Test data analysis
- Reliability engineering software related fields
- Strong track record of building and maintaining client relationships
- Results-driven, self-motivated with a history of exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in remote and independent team settings

Desirable Skills
- Understanding of durability, fatigue, or reliability engineering principles
- Familiarity with nCode or ReliaSoft software
- Experience selling to industries like:
