Territory Sales Manager

Territory Sales Manager

About the Role

The Territory Sales Manager will drive revenue growth within the UK & Ireland territory by developing new accounts and expanding the existing customer base across industry verticals, including:

  • Automotive
  • Aerospace
  • Defence
  • Energy

Responsibilities

  • Sell software engineering solutions across the nCode brand portfolio, including:
    • nCode durability & fatigue software
    • Test data analysis tools
    • Data management solutions
    • Material testing services
  • Drive the ReliaSoft brand, covering reliability and maintainability products and services

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets and grow the customer base
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through:
    • Networking
    • Prospecting
    • Industry event engagement
  • Oversee end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to deal closure
  • Collaborate with technical teams to create compelling product demos and proposals
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships bydeeply understanding and addressing client needs
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular updates on pipeline status

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in:
    • CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering)
    • Test data analysis
    • Reliability engineering software related fields
  • Strong track record of building and maintaining client relationships
  • Results-driven, self-motivated with a history of exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in remote and independent team settings

  • Understanding of durability, fatigue, or reliability engineering principles
