The Role of Territory Sales Manager

This is a field-based role covering North England and Scotland.

As Territory Sales Manager, you will manage and develop an established territory, driving growth and adoption of specialist medical devices across NHS hospitals and healthcare organisations.

This is a consultative, solution-led sales role where you will build strong relationships with clinical and commercial stakeholders, helping healthcare professionals access products that support improved patient outcomes.

You will work closely with NHS decision makers including clinicians, clinical specialists, procurement teams, hospital departments, and healthcare professionals involved in patient care pathways.

The Candidate for the Territory Sales Manager Role

The ideal candidate will be a driven healthcare sales professional who can build credibility and trusted relationships within a clinical environment.

This role would suit:

  • Experienced Medical Device Sales Representatives or Clinical Sales Specialists
  • Healthcare Sales professionals or Territory Managers from MedTech, surgical, or life science environments
  • Candidates with a medical, biomedical science, nursing, life sciences, or related qualification looking to move into medical device sales
  • Professionals with experience engaging with clinicians, procurement teams, and senior healthcare stakeholders
  • Individuals with strong communication, presentation, influencing, and territory management skills

Experience working with NHS Trusts, women’s health, maternity services, gynaecology, surgical sales, or healthcare technology would be advantageous.

  • Basic salary up to £65,000
  • 30% annual bonus opportunity paid quarterly
