Jo Holdsworth Recruitment are excited to be recruiting for a Territory Manager on behalf of an ambitious and growing organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join a forward-thinking business, taking ownership of a designated territory and playing a key role in driving business growth.
This is a varied and autonomous position where you'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships and overseeing the full sales process from initial enquiry through to ongoing account management.
Role
As Territory Manager, you'll be responsible for growing your assigned territory by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships and delivering commercial success. You'll manage your own pipeline, work closely with internal teams and provide tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
This role would suit someone who enjoys a consultative sales approach, thrives on building long-term relationships and is motivated by achieving results.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities within your designated territory.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to contract completion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Deliver a consultative approach to identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms and secure new business.
- Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline using the company CRM system.
- Proactively identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
- Represent the business professionally when networking and developing new relationships.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute towards the continued growth of the business.

About You
We're looking for someone who is commercially minded, driven and passionate about building relationships.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience within sales, business development or account management.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Experience using CRM systems would be advantageous but isn't essential.
