Regional Sales Manager – Motor Finance
North Midlands & North West | Remote with regional travel
We're looking for an experienced relationship-builder to manage and grow partnerships with OEM franchise dealers across the North Midlands and North West.
This is a highly autonomous, field-based role where you'll work closely with dealer partners to drive performance, deliver training, identify growth opportunities, and support exceptional customer outcomes.

We're looking for someone with:
- Experience in Retail Motor Finance or Financial Services
- A background in Account Management, Business Development or Field Sales
- Strong stakeholder management and commercial awareness
- The ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively
- A full UK driving licence
