Are you energized by the challenge of cold calling and developing strong customer relationships? If so, our Bumper to Bumper sales team wants to hear from you!

We're seeking a sales-driven, self-starting Territory Sales Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys the fast-paced world of automotive aftermarket and industrial parts and who is passionate about generating new opportunities and growing a new customer base, while maintaining existing clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive new business through cold calling, lead generation, and proactive prospecting.
  • Grow your territory by identifying new opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
  • Visit customers regularly to establish relationships, identify needs, and target solutions to produce optimum sales.
  • Present compelling automotive aftermarket product solutions and value propositions to industrial, fleet, and automotive businesses.
  • Manage orders, returns, quotes, and customer follow-ups with precision and care.
  • Use CRM tools and sales processes to stay organized, track opportunities, and report progress to the organization.
  • Be a trusted advisor delivering exceptional customer service at every touchpoint.

Expertise & Essential Skills

  • Proven sales experience (preferably outbound or territory sales within an automotive framework) with a focus on seeking, generating, and fostering strong business relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts and industrial supply is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach.
  • Comfortable with technology, using CRM and catalog systems.
  • Experience in territory management with a willingness to travel as needed (including occasional overnights).
  • A passion for learning, growth, and taking initiative in a competitive market.
