The Role
As Territory Sales Manager, you will manage and grow business across NHS and private histopathology laboratories throughout the South East, including London, Cambridge, Oxford, Reading, and Southampton. You'll work with Consultant Pathologists, Biomedical Scientists, Histopathology Managers, Laboratory Managers, Procurement, and other key stakeholders, building long-term relationships and managing complex capital and consumable sales cycles.

The Person
- Proven sales experience within Cellular Pathology, ideally Tissue Diagnostics / Histopathology
- Experience selling into NHS and/or private pathology laboratories
- Strong understanding of histopathology workflows and laboratory decision-making
- Excellent relationship-building, consultative selling, and territory management skills
Package
- £50k-£55k basic + £10k OTE
- Choice of company car or £660/month car allowance
- 10% pension, healthcare, lunch allowance, laptop, mobile, 24 days' holiday + bank holidays (rising to 30) and full benefits

Desired Skills and Experience
- Sales experience within Cellular Pathology, ideally Tissue Diagnostics / Histopathology
- Experience selling into NHS and/or private pathology laboratories
- Strong understanding of histopathology workflows and laboratory decision-making is an advantage
- Excellent relationship-building, consultative selling, and territory management skills
