About the Company

Our client is a global market leader within the fitness, wellness and connected technology sector. Their solutions are trusted by health clubs, leisure operators, corporate wellness providers, hospitality businesses and performance-focused organisations worldwide.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to manage and grow an established customer portfolio while developing new business opportunities across the territory.

The Role

This is a field-based commercial role combining account management, customer engagement and business development.

You will be responsible for developing relationships with existing customers while identifying and converting new opportunities within your territory. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will help customers maximise their investment, increase engagement with digital solutions and uncover opportunities for long-term growth.

This role will suit a commercially driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships face-to-face, developing accounts and winning new business.

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customer accounts
  • Conduct regular face-to-face customer meetings and territory visits
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the territory
  • Generate leads through prospecting, networking, referrals and market activity
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Develop account plans focused on customer engagement, retention and growth
  • Promote digital products and solutions that enhance customer performance and outcomes
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and account activity within CRM systems
  • Achieve agreed sales and growth targets

Essential Requirements

  • Degree educated (or equivalent qualification)
  • Minimum four years' commercial sales experience
  • Proven field sales experience
  • Experience prospecting, qualifying and generating new business opportunities
  • Track record of managing and growing customer relationships
  • Strong consultative and relationship-building skills
  • Commercially minded with a proven ability to identify growth opportunities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Full UK driving licence
