About the Role
Are you excited about joining an innovative UK medical manufacturer and propelling growth in one of the most high-potential NHS territories across multiple medical especialties?
You'll be at the forefront of driving sales in wound care, vascular access, PPE, and cannulation packs. Your products are shaped by ongoing clinical feedback, and this territory is projected to exceed ÂŁ1M+, with established NHS accounts and a robust regional presence. Success in this role comes with strong market differentiation, formidable earning potential, and practical support, including a seamless warehousing and logistics network to ensure prompt deliveries.
Where You’ll Have the Biggest Impact
âś… Grow high-performing NHS accounts across ICBs, Tissue Viability, Practice Nurses, District Nurses, and Procurement teams âś… Secure and expand market share in wound care, infection prevention, surgical supplies, and vascular access areas âś… Champion clinical value and superior patient outcomes while achieving ambitious sales targets âś… Drive implementation success, from definition and purchase to rostered drug therapeutic (formulary) approvals âś… Inspire and mentor local team members as needed, aligning expertise with regional milestones

What You’ll Bring to the Deal
🔹 Proven success in medical sales, ideally with specialism in wound care – a welcoming bonus 🔹 Extensive prior experience in NHS account management,äractinating alongside medical directors, viability leads, and procurement teams 🔹 Részably high performer: Achieving tangible success in sales targets while maintaining strong relationships 🔹 **Kariér unparalleled netediófur—and critical transcation could ($$ functwell), and commitment to travel dilaously 🔹 Full, clean driving licence and local CAD rental arrangements available

What You’ll Receive
🏥 Competitive Package:
- Sal±iy range: £50–65K basic salary
- Uncapped OTE: ÂŁ25K OTE, paid quarterly
- Car allowance: ÂŁ550/month
- Pensions + 25 days holiday minimum
