As a Territory Sales Manager at Stryker Neurosurgical, you will play a significant role in a highly successful sales team, who share a strong belief in helping our customers to improve patient care and outcomes through the use of our products and services. You will be responsible for maintaining existing business in key Neurosurgical accounts, as well as identifying and developing new sales opportunities in the Spine and Craniomaxillofacial space. You will need to develop strong relationships with a diverse group of Stakeholders in the NHS and private medical sector; including surgeons, theatre managers and nursing staff as well as procurement and finance professionals. You will be required to conduct product demonstrations and training for clinical staff, as well as covering cases in operating theatres within your key accounts.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of Stryker’s fastest growing divisions for an ambitious and hardworking sales professional, committed to driving growth in their territory by consistently delivering a superior customer experience.
Ideally, the Sales Representative will live in a location situated on this North West territory.
We are open to appointing at a more senior level for candidates who bring extensive experience and expertise.

What You Need
- Degree in sciences/economics or equivalent training or experience
- A demonstrable track record of success in a sales role within the Medical Device industry
- Intrinsic motivation with a focus on delivering results
- Confidence and a desire to win
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept in building relationships
- Commercial acumen
- Alignment with our Values – Integrity, Accountability, People, and Performance
- A full, valid UK drivers license
- Experience in Neurosurgery or Maxillofacial surgery would be advantageous
