ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a proactive and self-motivated Territory Sales Manager to drive sales growth across a defined region. You'll be responsible for creating demand for our product portfolio, developing strong relationships with merchants, distributors and contractors, and building a robust pipeline of project opportunities.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional who enjoys winning new business and developing long-term customer partnerships.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage and grow sales with key merchants, distributors and contractors across your territory
- Build a strong project pipeline and convert opportunities into sales
- Develop close customer relationships to drive loyalty and long-term growth
- Deliver product training, presentations and customer engagement activities
- Identify new business opportunities through market intelligence, networking and prospecting
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts and sales reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to maximise opportunities and deliver exceptional customer support

ABOUT YOU
- Proven sales experience within construction, building products, utilities or a related sector
- Highly self-motivated, driven and able to work independently
- Strong experience working with buying groups, contractors and distributors. Experience of contractor-led selling and spot market sales. Ideally experienced in working with multi-national distributors.
- Understanding of the multi-utilities market would be highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
- A proven ability to identify opportunities, influence stakeholders and deliver results
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the region
