As a Territory Sales Manager, you'll have the freedom to build a thriving territory while introducing innovative antimicrobial solutions to NHS and private healthcare providers across Birmingham, Leicester and the North of England.

Your responsibilities as Territory Sales Manager
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across NHS and private healthcare organisations
- Manage the full sales process from prospecting through to contract award
- Develop relationships with procurement, infection prevention, estates and facilities stakeholders
- Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers
- Grow newly won accounts into long-term partnerships while identifying further opportunities
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, CRM records and awareness of market and tender activity
What we're looking for in a Territory Sales Manager
- Field-based sales experience within healthcare or an NHS-facing environment
- Experience selling into NHS Trusts, private healthcare providers or similar complex organisations
- Understanding of NHS procurement processes and key stakeholder groups
- Ability to manage a structured sales pipeline and deliver effective customer presentations
- Full UK driving licence with willingness to travel throughout the territory
