Territory Manager – Clinical Diagnostic Sales (South East & London)
About the Role
Long-established global diagnostics manufacturer seeks a Territory Manager, leveraging an innovative product pipeline and strong reputation.
As Territory Manager, you will manage and grow business in the pathology labs and procurement market across NHS and private hospitals in the South East, including London, Cambridge, Oxford, Reading, and Southampton.
Key responsibilities:
- Sell diagnostic equipment into pathology labs, procurement teams, and key stakeholders (Pathologists, Biomedical Scientists, EBME, Lab Managers, Procurement Officers, and Technicians).
- Build long-term partnerships and manage complex sales cycles of 18–24 months.
- Inherit an established territory with strong client relationships but major growth potential.

About the Person
We are looking for a highly motivated Territory Manager with one of the following skill sets or combination:
- Experience selling to NHS pathology labs – ideal path.
- Biomedical Scientist background with experience selling to other hospital departments.
- Scientific or clinical degree with experience in selling to academia or research lab settings.

Package & Benefits
- £50,000–£55,000 base salary + £10,000 OTE (on-target earnings).
