Bored of selling tech? Ready for something completely different? Would you rather be selling organic wine at a sunny marina than sitting on another pipeline review? BOBO Wines is looking for Territory Managers — and this isn't a standard job.

We're a multi-channel organic boxed wine brand, and we're at a genuinely interesting moment. 41% online retention over the last twelve months. A launch with Booths, the premium 25+ store supermarket group in the North of England, that went better than we hoped. Real traction, real product, real momentum.

What the role is

It is a bit like a franchise. We onboard you, guide you, and provide an online website, wine, marketing materials and more. But you own a portion of the business!

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

  • You take a defined territory and own the commercial relationship in it — independent retailers, marinas, farm shops, delis, restaurants, events.
  • You build the accounts, you earn commission on everything your postcodes sell, and you run it at your own pace.
  • We onboard you, train you, and give you the website, the wine, and the marketing materials.
  • Flexible hours. Take a day off when you feel like it.

What makes it different

There's an equity participation element for the right candidates. This isn't just a commission role — Territory Managers become shareholders in BOBO and grow the business as owners, not employees. Details are shared privately with suitable candidates.
