We are currently recruiting for a global leading luxury health, hair and beauty brand, who you would instantly recognise through TV, Radio and advertising. As a company they employ over 40,000 people worldwide, turnover around $20 billion and have been established for over 100 years. This is working within a fast paced, glamourous industry where they are looking for people with field-based sales experience, good at building relationships and a consultative approach.

Role:
You will be responsible for:
- Managing an account base of around 60-70+ spending accounts
- New business and developing a number of accounts on territory
- Consultative sales approach working to grow your existing accounts
- Managing your own diary/territory
- Selling a range of market leading products and acting as a business partner to your accounts
Candidate:
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a minimum of 1 year’s field sales experience
- History of account management and new business (ideally business to business)
- Have a stable sales background
- Someone who is structured in their approach to help build and develop accounts
- Live on/near the area (Northwest area)
- Good at building relationships

Package:
- Basic Salary: Up to £36,000 (based on level of experience)
- Bonus: up to £45k – paid MONTHLY – current OTE £20-25k
