Job Summary
The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales within a defined territory, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring efficient administrative support for sales operations at Maxis Mobile Sdn Bhd.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets within the assigned territory.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Manage sales pipelines and provide regular sales forecasts.
- Perform administrative support tasks for the sales team, including scheduling and report generation.
- Accurately enter and manage sales-related data in company systems.
- Maintain organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues.

Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or a related customer-facing role.
- Basic understanding of sales concepts and principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Detail-oriented approach to data entry and administrative tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
