Territory Sales Partner
Build Your Own Sales Business with Omada.ai Omada.ai is the AI-powered marketing platform built for small businesses. We handle social media, email marketing, ads, and reputation management — so local business owners can stop being reluctant marketers and get back to doing what they love.
We’re venture-backed by HubSpot Ventures and Crosslink Capital, growing fast, and looking for independent, ambitious sales partners across the UK who want to earn serious money introducing local businesses to Omada.
The Opportunity This isn’t a job — it’s a partnership. As an Omada Territory Partner, you run your own independent sales operation. You choose your hours, your territory, your approach. We provide the product, the resources, and a compensation structure that means you’re never working for free. Guaranteed Weekly Draw: £500/week guaranteed minimum — as long as you’re hitting your trial targets. This isn’t commission-only. Commission: £250–£350 per closed account (tier-dependent) with uncapped earnings. Top partners earn £4,000–£8,000+ per month. Structure: Self-employed (sole trader or limited company). You invoice us. You manage your own tax. Location: Your local city. Must be based in the United Kingdom. Schedule: Entirely your own. Work when it suits you — mornings, evenings, weekends. Your business, your call.
How the Draw Works We believe in setting our partners up for success. That’s why every Territory Partner receives a guaranteed weekly draw of £500 — as long as you’re generating results. Weeks 1–4: Generate at least 3 free trial signups per week → receive £500 guaranteed that week Week 5 onward: Generate at least 4 free trial signups per week → receive £500 guaranteed that week In any week where your commissions from closed accounts exceed £500, you earn the full commission instead The draw is ongoing — not just for your first month. Hit your numbers, get paid. Every week. This means you’re never working for nothing while your pipeline builds. Trials convert to paying customers, commissions grow, and the draw becomes your floor — not your ceiling.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
