About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Full Time Territory Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, meeting customers, and helping to grow a successful business.

You'll be responsible for managing and developing sales within your assigned territory, looking after existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.

If you're driven, enjoy working independently, and take pride in delivering excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and growing sales within your designated territory.
  • Building strong, long term relationships with existing customers.
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Visiting customers to understand their needs and recommend the right products.
  • Preparing and delivering sales presentations and product information where required.
  • Working closely with colleagues across the business to ensure customers receive a high level of service.
  • Keeping up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
  • Attending trade shows and industry events to promote our products and build new contacts.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records using our CRM system.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a sales role, ideally within a similar industry.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for building customer relationships.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good organisational and time management abilities.
  • Confidence working independently, while also being a supportive team player.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • A proactive approach and the motivation to achieve sales targets.
  • A full UK driving licence, as regular travel throughout your territory is required.
