Territory Senior Business Development Manager

Join us as a TERRITORY SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER at Dedalus, one of the World’s leading healthcare technology companies, in our COMMERCIAL TEAM in England to do the best work of your career and make a profound impact in providing better care for a healthier planet.

What you’ll achieve

As a Territory Senior Business Development Manager you will be part of the senior commercial sales team, utilising your proven sales skills to building new business and selling software solutions to hospital and healthcare environment. Working with an extended highly skilled team, you will be making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.

You will:

  • Develop new business within a geographic area and manage deals from 1m-35m+
  • Work with customers to understand pain points and develop strategic value proposals
  • Maintain a pipeline of 4:1 at all times to meet company new revenue plans whilst managing varies deal size and prioritising deals using sales methodology
  • Engage with a broad set of stakeholders internally and externally whilst managing the sales cycle
  • Provide the best customer experience in every interaction with clients
  • Maintain existing customer base through renewal of contracts

Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:

Essential Requirements

  • Ability to sell clinical and workflow Software as a Service solutions
  • Strategic selling experience
  • Proven Sales Methodology – Managing new opportunities to closure
  • Build value proposal - not based on price but return on investment
  • Managing engagement from C-Level to department managers
  • Ability to deal with complex solutions and proposal in the millions
  • Effective Management of Pipeline and meeting annual targets (Total contract value, Profitability)
  • Understanding of system care (ICS) and funding streams for hospital procurements
  • Deep knowledge of NHS Policy and 10-year plan

Desirable Requirements

  • Batchelor degree/MBA
  • Deep understanding of EPRs and clinical workflows
  • Technical understanding on cloud and on premises hosting
  • Knowledge in Healthcare Workflow & HL7 Standard
