Description

Join WTW's specialist Political Violence team, supporting clients with risks related to Terrorism & Sabotage across the globe. In an increasingly complex and ever-changing geopolitical environment, businesses seek protection against the financial impact of these events as risks continue to evolve.

Working within a global team in a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for broking platform data capture, presenting data and providing day-to-day support to the Global Broking Team.

The Role

  • Supporting the Global Broking Team in all aspects of work
  • Supporting Brokers in client account administration with the goal to retain and develop a profitable terrorism portfolio of accounts, including day to day care of clients’ programme in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Documentation production
  • Capturing and loading market data on Broking Platform
  • Assisting brokers with placement queries
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant products and services offered by WTW
  • Ensure transparency of agency and other commitments made to carriers and clients
  • Supporting Global Broking Team deliver optimisation of revenue from new and existing clients using the full range of appropriate placement channels and markets for the specific client segment of the business

Qualifications

What you’ll bring

  • Confident and articulate
  • Strong analytical and numeracy skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation and influence skills & interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment where initiative, problem-solving and sound judgement are essential
  • Comfortable working with data and maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to represent the practice and WTW with integrity and credibility
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to support colleagues across a global team
  • Experience in, or an interest in, developing a career within the insurance industry and pursuing professional qualifications such as those offered by the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII)
