Assistant Vice President – Commercial Banking Segment Leader (or Senior Commercial Pricing Analyst – Loans)

About the Role

To drive the success of the commercial banking segment through:

Accountabilities (Segment Leader Role)

  • Execute market research, identifying key trends, competitive insights, and growth opportunities across the commercial banking segment, considering factors like industry specialization, company size, and growth stage.
  • Develop and implement competitive pricing models aligned with profitability and market positioning.
  • Design, launch, and manage innovative financial solutions, including loan offerings, cash management services, and trade finance products.
  • Forge strategic partnerships with:
    • Financial institutions

    • Industry experts
    • Third-party advisors
  • Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships, ensuring tailored solutions for high-value clients.
  • Design sales strategies, setting targets, identifying sales channels, and defining negotiation frameworks for loan terms and service agreements.

    • Loan volume
    • Revenue performance

  • Optimise sales funnels and customer journeys to enhance both service delivery and commercial performance.
