Pay and Hours Our Tesco Colleague rate starts from £13.28 per hour across standard stores and increases to £14.55 for M25-area stores. Additional site-specific payments may apply depending on location.
We offer guaranteed minimum 16 hours per week for new colleagues. However, we also accommodate part-time applications down to 12 hours per week, depending on needs.
Please note the table shows the preferred windows for scheduling shifts. Your shifts will be planned within these periods, with 3 weeks’ notice in advance. Matching closely—even if times slightly differ—is acceptable.

- Handle inventory/perishables skillfully to preserve quality.
