Store Colleague – Availability Window (Flexible)
Our Tesco Colleague role offers a starting pay rate of £13.28/hour (increasing to £14.55/hour within the M25). Additional payments may apply depending on your location.
We guarantee all new colleagues a minimum of 16 contracted hours per week, though flexible options (down to 12 hours) are also available. Shifts will be scheduled within your selected availability windows, with 3 weeks’ notice.
Availability Options
For this role, we require weekly availability during the following times:

Responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth store operations:

- Cross-Store Work – Assist in multiple areas, including checkouts, stocking, and team shifts.
