New Team Member (Store Associate) – Tesco About the Role Tesco is looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our dynamic team as store associates.
Availability Window
Your preferred working hours must align closely with at least one of the following periods of availability:
- Wednesday: 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- Thursday: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- Saturday: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
While a perfect match is ideal, minor adjustments may be acceptable. This flexibility helps us support you!
Key Information
We offer a competitive hourly rate across the board, starting from £13.28 per hour (London and M25 areas: £14.55). Additional payments per location apply. Minimum guaranteed weekly hours = 16, though we accept applications for 12 hours if that suits you.

*Age wise, roles where shifts start before 6:15 AM or after 9:45 PM or involve warehouse, wine counts, bakery duties or customer-facing transit require over-18s without exception – hence the title’s Mum note.
