Key Responsibilities

Customer service excellence:
- Serve customers with passion and pride
- Greet shoppers warmly and provide great natural service
- Maintain high standards across the store

Product knowledge & store support:
- Be passionate about the products and services in your store
- Work across service, picking, and replenishment areas as needed
- Handle deliveries into the store when required

Operational efficiency:
- Follow training to ensure safe, effective practices
- Make decisions that align with customer needs (e.g., dynamic routines, reducing waste/shrink)
- Monitor store performance and contribute to sales, service, and profit goals

Representation & engagement:
- Embrace our core values and create an inclusive atmosphere
- Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events
- Treat customers and colleagues with dignity and respect
Your Commitment
- A flexible availability window:
- Weekdays (Sundays & Saturdays):
- Between 08:00 and 18:00 (adjustments to these availability windows are acceptable)
- Scheduled shifts will be provided 3 weeks in advance with fair notice

- Paid hours:
- Starting £13.28/hour (
£26,364/year). Stores inside the M25 pay £14.55/hour (£29,336/year). - Additional payments may apply based on location.
- Guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week, but opportunities exist for a minimum of 12 hours if preferred.
