About the Role
We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic colleagues who share our commitment to serving customers with pride.
Availability Window

Your shifts will be scheduled within these times, with 3 weeks’ notice. Full flexibility is welcomed if your available times closely align, even if not entirely matching the specified windows.
Pay & Hours
- Base Pay: Starting at £13.28/hour (increases to £14.55/hour for stores within the M25).
- Additional Payments: Location-based supplementary payments may apply.
- Hours: Minimum guaranteed 16 hours/week (flexible down to 12 hours if preferred).
Responsibilities
As a Tesco Store Colleague, you will:
- Deliver exceptional service: Fully engage with customers, offering warm, friendly attention and genuine care.
- Product expertise: Build deep knowledge of the items and services available in your store.
- Omni-Channel Support: Work across service, picking, and replenishment areas as required.
- Safely & effectively operationalise training: Apply on-the-job drills to meet safety and customer satisfaction goals.
- Decision-making: Prioritise customer-critical decisions and maintain efficient store routines (e.g., sales targets and operational scheduling).
- Engage in community: Support seasonal or charity events to foster inclusivity.
In some cases, you may also be required to manage deliveries into the store.
