Tesco Colleague - London Rd Soton Express - Over 18

Store Floor Colleague – North durftein Area (Warehouses, Beers, Wines and Spirits, Counters, Bakery or Driving Roles)

About the Role

  • Availability Window Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour; this increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

    You will receive:

    • A minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, though flexible hours (to a minimum of 12) are also available if preferred.

    Availability Schedule:

    • Sun: 05:30 to 13:30
    • Wed: 14:00 to 22:00
    • Sat: 05:30 to 13:30

    Shifts will be scheduled within these windows, with 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. Flexible availability within or near these times is welcomed.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Deliver exceptional service to customers:

    • Know your customers and serve them with passion and care.
    • Be passionate and well-informed about your store’s products and services.
  • Contribute across the store:

    • Work in service desks, picking/packing stations, and replenishment areas as required.
    • Apply safety and efficiency training to serve customers effectively.
  • Make decisions that prioritise customers:

    • Execute service routines at the right time to align with customer needs.
