Pay: Our starting hourly pay rate begins at £13.28, increasing to £14.55 for locations within the M25. Additional payments may apply based on your specific role and location.
Flexible Hours Policy: We guarantee 16 hours per week for new colleagues but also offer roles starting with 12 hours per week for those seeking more flexibility.
About The Role

You will:
- Help customers leave feeling satisfied with their shopping experience.
- Build great relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Support in service, picking, replenishment, and other store activities as needed.
- Apply your knowledge to ensure safe working practices that enhance store performance.
- Engage with local community, charity events, and inclusive initiatives.
Minimum Requirements: This role is only available to applicants aged over 18.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Customer Service: Knowing customers' needs and providing passionate, prideful service.
- Product Knowledge: Staying up-to-date on the products and services available in your store.
- Versatility: Assisting in various areas including front-facing service, picking, and replenishment.
- Training & Compliance: Arriving well-presented and ready to achieve store goals safely.
- Decision-Making: Offering the best decisions for customers and ensuring appropriate store routines.
- Seasonal Initiatives: Join seasonal campaigns, local community projects, and charity events.
- Store Performance: Understanding and contributing to store metrics like sales, waste reduction, and shrinkage.
- Product Care: Ensuring products are well-maintained to guarantee their best quality for customers.
- Delivery Handling: Occasionally assisting in the back-of-house operations, such as load handling.
