Store Team Member

About the Role

We’re looking for motivated and passionate individuals to join our Store Team as a key player in delivering great service every day. This role offers variety, opportunities for progression, and a supportive team environment.

Availability Window

We require colleagues to be available within the following time windows each week:

Pay & Guaranteed Hours

  • Hourly wage: £13.28 (starting rate).
  • Stores within the London M25 zone offer £14.55 per hour.
  • Night premium: An additional £2.35/hour is paid for shifts worked between midnight and 6:00 AM.
  • **Minimum guaranteed hours:
    • A minimum of 16 hours per week is guaranteed for new colleagues.
    • Opportunities exist for 12 hours/week if preferred.

Shifts are assigned within the available windows, with 3 weeks’ notice given.


Key Responsibilities

You will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and contributing to store operations. Key duties include:

  • Serving customers with passion and pride, using natural, attentive service to ensure they leave having had a fantastic experience.
  • Deepening product knowledge – ensuring you are a passionate and knowledgeable advocate for your store's offerings.
  • Multiskilling – assisting across the store, including service desks, picking, and replenishment where required.
  • Logistics support – accepting store deliveries as and when required.
