Store Team Member – Availability Required (Night Shifts)
About the Role
A dynamic role within Tesco’s vibrant store team, ensuring fantastic customer service daily. You’ll enjoy variety, teamwork, and opportunities for progression while helping shoppers with passion and pride.
Minimum age requirement: 18+ (includes night shifts, warehouse, and delivery roles).
Availability Window
Night shift availability, Mon–Sun:

We schedule shifts within these hours—3 weeks’ notice will be given. Flexible if times align closely.
Flip Out: What You’ll Do
- Serve customers with unfailing friendliness and efficiency.
- Know your store—products, promotions, and policies back to front.
- Assist across service areas, picking, replenishing shelves, and stock rotation.
- Safe and effective operations: Follow training rigorously.
- Deliver customer-focused decisions (e.g., maintaining service, sales, waste reduction).
- Own your store’s performance: Grow sales, reduce errors, and drive profit.
- Handle products with care to maintain quality.
- Personality drives policy: Uphold Tesco’s inclusive values every day.
- Occasional delivery tasks (stores may require this).
