Store Associate – Guaranteed Part-Time / Full-Time Role (Fixed Hours)
About the Role
We’re looking for a Store Associate to join our active, customer-focused team, helping us become every customer’s favourite way to shop.
This is a committed role full of variety, key to running a smooth, successful store. If you enjoy serving others, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of a welcoming team, we’d love you to apply. Age restriction applies – you must be over 18.
Availability
We encourage applicants to match our availability windows (with flexibility discussed). Shifts may fall within these times, but we will provide at least 3 weeks’ notice.

Compensation & Conditions
- Guaranteed minimum hours: 16 hours/week per new colleague.
- Flexible options: Can work fewer hours (minimum 12/week) if preferred.
- Pay:
- £13.28/hour (nationwide)
- £14.55/hour (M25 locations)
- + £2.35/hour night premium (midnight–06:00)
Key Responsibilities
- Passionate customer service: Know and serve customers with pride.
- Product expertise: Be knowledgeable about the store’s products, promotions, and services.
- Store operations: Support across service desks, picking, replenishment, and health & safety.
- Training & compliance: Apply safety training effectively.
- Customer-driven decisions: Adapt store routines to meet real-time customer needs.
- Community engagement: Participate in seasonal/charity events for an inclusive atmosphere.
- Store performance: Monitor sales, reduce waste, and help grow profit sustainably.
- Product care: Maintain product quality to reach customers in perfect condition.
