Role: Tesco Colleague (Store Team)
About the Role
Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 per hour, increasing to £14.55 for stores within the M25. An additional night premium of £2.35 per hour applies for all hours worked between midnight and 6am.
We commit to offering new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, though we can accommodate opportunities for 12+ hours, offering flexibility.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Serving customers with passion and knowledge of the products and services in your store.
- Working across various store areas like service counters, picking, and replenishment.
- Implementing safety practices and routines to maximise customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Making informed decisions as part of your role to meet customer needs flexibly.
- Participating in seasonal, community events, and charity initiatives to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintaining a love for quality, ensuring handling of products in a way that meets shopper expectations.
- Reflecting Tesco’s values and promoting inclusivity daily.
