Employment Conditions & Guarantees

  • Basic pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in stores within the M25.
  • Night premium of £2.35 per hour for any hours worked between midnight and 6am.
  • Additional payments may be available in some locations.
  • A minimum guaranteed working week of 16 hours (or roles with 12 hours available).
  • Contract hours scheduled within the availability windows provided, with at least 3 weeks’ notice before shifts.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know your customers.
  • Being confident with products and services, offering help when needed.
  • Providing flexible support across the store, including:
    • Shelf replenishment
    • Checkout service
    • Online order picking
    • Occasional delivery assistance
    • General service and replenishment duties
  • Making customer-focused decisions and completing key store routines.
  • Understanding how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction, and overall store performance.
