Employment Conditions & Guarantees
- Basic pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in stores within the M25.
- Night premium of £2.35 per hour for any hours worked between midnight and 6am.
- Additional payments may be available in some locations.
- A minimum guaranteed working week of 16 hours (or roles with 12 hours available).
- Contract hours scheduled within the availability windows provided, with at least 3 weeks’ notice before shifts.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know your customers.
- Being confident with products and services, offering help when needed.
- Providing flexible support across the store, including:
- Shelf replenishment
- Checkout service
- Online order picking
- Occasional delivery assistance
- General service and replenishment duties
- Making customer-focused decisions and completing key store routines.
- Understanding how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction, and overall store performance.
