Store Colleague (or Customer Service Assistant / Flood Trolley Pick & Replenishment Assistant)
About the Role
Our Store Colleague opportunity delivers exceptional Tesco standards while helping customers enjoy a hassle-free, great-value shopping experience.
Availability Window
We’re interested in receiving responses from people available to work between:
- Friday–Sunday (inclusive): Availability times: Each day from 22:00 to 07:00.
We’ll schedule your contract hours within these windows and provide a full calendar 3 weeks ahead of your shifts. While exact flexibility might not match our advertised windows perfectly, a close match means we’d love to hear from you.
Your Responsibilities
As a key team member, you’ll inspire customers with the pride and passion Tesco is known for, and work with a diverse team to create a welcoming experience daily. You’ll help deliver essential services like:
- Front-of-store operations: Answering queries, creating efficient service, and continuously striving to deliver Tesco’s best standards
- Picking & replenishment: Ensuring shelves are well-stocked and products are always accessible
- Teaming across the store as required—whether this means helping with customer care, project fruit & veg aid work ( incluant seasonal jobs, enough community projects), or product handling
- The licence to operate with initiative to meet customer needs, keeping routines timely, and maintaining quality
- Supporting delivery operations, storage control, seasonal prep work and supply logistics
