Store Colleague Role (Flexible Availability Window)

About the Role

This exciting Store Colleague role at Tesco offers flexibility and variety, ensuring every day brings new challenges and opportunities.

Our Tesco Colleague pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 for stores within the M25. You’ll also receive a night worker premium of £2.35 per hour for shifts between midnight and 6am.

We guarantee at least 16 hours per week, with opportunities for as few as 12 hours if preferred.

In This Role

  • Work across key areas – Assist in customer service, picking, replenishment, and seasonal events.

  • Drive performance – Help improve service, reduce waste, and boost sales.

  • Accept deliveries – Support storeops logistics when required.
