  • Work across multiple areas, from service to picking and replenishment, rotating to keep the day fresh.
  • Put into practice training, safety guidelines, and customer service excellence.
  • Make customer-focused decisions—understanding routines and delivering what they need.
  • Join seasonal, community, and charity events, fostering inclusivity.
  • Monitor store performance, recognising your role in driving sales and efficiency while controlling waste.
  • Handle products with care, ensuring top quality for customers.
  • Be yourself—embodying values, welcoming everyone, and following policies.
  • Be prepared for handling deliveries when needed.
