What is expected of you?
This is a varied and hands-on role with opportunities to develop new skills. You’ll need to:
- Know your customers and serve them with passion and pride – Greeting them with a smile and delivering great service.
- Passionately promote the products and services in your store.
- Work across multiple areas, from service to picking and replenishment, rotating to keep the day fresh.
- Put into practice training, safety guidelines, and customer service excellence.
- Make customer-focused decisions—understanding routines and delivering what they need.
- Join seasonal, community, and charity events, fostering inclusivity.
- Monitor store performance, recognising your role in driving sales and efficiency while controlling waste.
- Handle products with care, ensuring top quality for customers.
- Be yourself—embodying values, welcoming everyone, and following policies.
- Be prepared for handling deliveries when needed.
