About the Role
Availability Window
We have set availability windows to ensure flexibility for your schedule while meeting store needs. Your contracted hours will be scheduled within these times, with 3 weeks’ notice. If your availability aligns closely but not exactly, we’d still be happy to consider you.

Remuneration:
- Our Colleague rate of pay starts at £13.28/hour (£14.55 for stores within the M25).
- Additional payments may apply depending on location.
- Commitment: We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week. Flexibility to work from 12 hours is available if preferred.

What You’ll Do
Key Responsibilities
Your role is built on personal responsibility, teamwork, and customer-driven decisions:
- Deliver outstanding service: Know your customers, give natural, warm service, and be product knowledgeable
- Support store operations: Assist in service, picking, and replenishment areas
- Apply training: Ensure safety, efficiency, and excellent customer experience
- Solve customer issues: Make real-time decisions that serve customers effectively (e.g., seasonal needs)
- Engage in community: Participate in events to foster inclusivity and build brand pride
- Monitor store performance: Understand your role in driving service, sales, and waste reduction
- Care for products: Handle goods with care to maintain quality
- Live our values: Represent our brand, embrace diversity, and follow store policies rigidly
- Coordinate deliveries: Occasionally accept deliveries into the store
