Store Colleague – Availability & Role Overview

About the Role

Our Store Colleague role is at the heart of our business. You’ll serve customers with passion, champion serving excellence, and ensure our stores run smoothly—thriving in a dynamic, people-first environment.


Availability Window

Your availability is crucial for scheduling. Below are our preferred working hours for this role:

We’ll assign your minimum 12-16 hours per week within these windows and provide 3 weeks’ advance notice for your shifts. Flexibility matters—if your availability aligns closely, we’d still love to hear from you!


Pay & Guarantees

  • Starting pay: £13.28/hour (or £14.55/hour for stores within the M25).
  • Locations may qualify for additional payments; qualifications are location-dependent.
  • Minimum Guaranteed Hours: We’ll assign at least 16 hours/week but offer flexibility down to 12 hours if that suits you.
