Tesco Colleague - Norwich Harford Bridge Superstore
Store Colleague Assistant / Junior Assistant Manager Role (M25 Location – Salary: £13.28–£14.55/hour)
Availability Window
We ask that you are available within the following times each week to help us schedule your shifts effectively. Notice of your allocated shifts will be given 3 weeks in advance.
- Sunday: 07:00–16:00
- Monday: 15:00–21:00
- Saturday: 09:00–18:00
Note: If your preferred availability aligns closely with these windows, we’d still welcome your application.
We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week for new colleagues, with opportunities to reduce down to 12 hours if requested.
About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Deliver passionate, prideful service—making every shopping experience outstanding.

- Multitasking: Support across different areas, including service desks, picking, and replenishment.
- Team Expertise: Apply training to ensure safe, effective operations and top-level customer service.
- Think on Your Feet: Quickly make customer-centric decisions to meet shopper needs.
- Community Engagement: Participate in seasonal, charity, and community events for a welcoming atmosphere.
- Store Performance: Monitor key metrics, support sales growth, and reduce waste.
- Care Handling: Adhere to rigorous product standards to guarantee quality.

- Occasionally: Possibly assist with store deliveries (depending on requirements).

Note on Age Guidelines: To apply, you must meet the school-leavers’ age standard for your country. For shifts outside 6:15am–9:45pm or roles with specific restrictions, applicants must be 18+.
