Tesco Colleague - Park Rd Extra

Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 per hour; this increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

We aim to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week. Flexibility is available down to at least 12 hours, so please contact us even if your desired hours are fewer.

The availability window table displays periods where we’d like your shifts assigned—you’ll receive 3 weeks’ notice of your exact shift schedule. If your availability closely aligns with these windows—even if not exact—we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Events & charity participation: Foster an inclusive atmosphere and community engagement.
  • Quality control: Handle products accurately to maintain store performance, reduce waste/shrinkage, and share in profit contributions.
  • Value alignment: Represent Tesco’s brand, policies, and values to create welcome, inclusive experiences.
