Base Pay:
- Starts at £13.70 per hour
- Increases to £14.97 per hour in stores within the M25.
Some locations may offer additional payments.
Guaranteed Contract:
- Minimum of 12 hours per week
Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know your customers
- Flexible support across the Phone Shop and wider store, including:
- Helping customers choose the right mobile products and services
- Completing phone and contract setups
- Supporting customers with a range of tech queries
- Making customer-focused decisions and completing key store routines
- Understanding how your role supports:
- Great service
- Strong sales
- Waste reduction
- Overall store performance

Requirements
You will need:
- A passion for delivering great service, greeting every customer with a smile, and serving them with pride while helping them find the right mobile products and solutions
- The ability to build rapport quickly so customers leave feeling confident, supported, and having had a great experience in the Phone Shop
- The initiative to make the right decisions for customers, whether you’re:
- Solving a tech query
- Recommending a product
- Supporting with a contract setup
- A positive, team-focused approach:
- Communicating openly
- Working well with colleagues across the store
- Having fun and celebrating success together
