Availability Window
Every week our stores welcome customers, and as part of being a team member, you’ll need to be available within these times. These are a guide and may be adjusted based on your skills and the needs of the store.
Availability Window:
- Sun: 10:00 - 16:00
- Mon: 10:30 - 17:00
- Tue: 09:00 - 14:00
- Wed: 09:00 - 17:30
- Thu: 10:30 - 19:00
- Fri: 09:00 - 15:00

Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
- Provide friendly, natural service and build relationships with customers, ensuring they feel heard and confident in their mobile product or service choices.
- Offer flexible support across the Phone Shop and wider store, including:
- Assisting with product installations and contract setups
- Addressing customer queries through self-service technology or direct help
- Enable customer-focused decisions while upholding store performance in areas like:
- Excellent service
- Strong sales
- Waste reduction
- General store operations

Requirements
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- A genuine passion for service, ensuring every customer interaction is friendly, welcoming, and efficient.
- The ability to build rapport quickly, leaving customers feeling confident, supported, and content.
- Initiative to guide customers effectively, whether through product recommendations, contract setups, or resolving technical challenges.
- A positive, team-focused approach, valuing strong communication, collaboration, and celebrating collective success.

- Pay & Workload: Starts at £13.70/hour (rising to £14.97 within M25 locations). A guaranteed minimum of 12 hours/week per contract, with shifts scheduled 3 weeks in advance.
