Remuneration
Tesco Colleague pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in stores within the M25. Some locations offer additional payment. A minimum of 16 hours per week is guaranteed, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, natural service and build genuine customer relationships
- Offer expert guidance on Tesco’s products and services
- Provide flexible support, including:
- Shelf replenishment
- Checkout operations
- Online order picking
- Occasional delivery assistance
- Make customer-focused decisions and complete essential store routines
- Contribute to sustainability targets (waste reduction, sales performance, and overall service excellence)
