We offer guaranteed minimum 16 hours per week, with flexibility down to 12 hours available. You will receive 3 weeks’ notice for your scheduled shifts.
About the Role
Our Colleague rate of pay starts at £13.28 per hour, with additional payments depending on location and skills.
This high-energy, hands-on role is ideal for anyone who thrives on variety, customer service, and teamwork. You’ll help create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers at the heart of everything we do.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve customers with passion and pride, delivering natural, excellent service.
- Be knowledgeable about products and store services and support colleagues across different sections (counter roles, picking, replenishment).
- Apply safety protocols and operational training to drive efficiency in all tasks.
- Make real-time decisions to meet customer needs, sales targets, waste reduction, and store performance goals.
- Participate in seasonal, charity, and community events to enhance inclusivity.
- Handle merchandise carefully to maintain quality and presentation.
- Live our values daily—own your actions, embrace diversity, and ensure every customer feels welcome.
