Compensation & Hours
Dependent on location:
- Standard rate: £13.28/hour
- Within the M25: £14.55/hour
- Additional payments may apply based on location.
Flexible working hours:
- Commitment to a minimum of 12 hours per week (preference for 16+).
- We will schedule shifts within advertised availability windows.
- 3 weeks’ notice required for your shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service with knowledge of store products and services.
- Work across all departments (e.g., service desk, picking, replenishment areas).
- Implement training safely and effectively to support superior customer experience.
- Make customer-focused decisions, ensuring routines align with their needs.
- Participation in seasonal events, promoting community cohesion.
- Recognise store performance metrics and understand how individual roles contribute.
- Handle products carefully to maintain quality.
