Tesco Colleague - Southampton Witts Express

Tesco Store Colleague Role

About the Role

Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour, rising to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

It’s our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week—though we also consider requests for fewer hours (down to a minimum of 12) if required.

We’ll schedule your shifts within these times and provide 3 weeks’ notice of your scheduled hours. Flexibility is essential, so even if your availability closely matches these but not exactly, we’d still like to hear from you.
