About the Role

As a Customer Wandering Staff Member, you'll:
- Serve customers with pride and passion, ensuring they leave with a great experience.
- Work across the store (picking, replenishment, and service areas), delivering quality products to shoppers.
- Act as a representative of Tesco’s values, always putting customers first.
- Take part in seasonal and community events, reinforcing inclusivity.
Ideal for those aged 18+ who can balance varied tasks, welcomed regardless of background.
Availability Window
We prioritise flexibility, but these are the core times we need you available (with 3-week shift notice):

Key Responsibilities
Core Delivery
- Serve customers with enthusiasm and trustworthiness, armed with product knowledge.
- Adapt to daily demands, balancing routing tasks seamlessly in store.
- Uphold safety and efficiency, apply training, and carry out seasonal/charity initiatives.
- Assist logistics, including deliveries and returns, when required.

Requirements

Pay & Guaranteed Hours
- £13.28/hour standard rate (£14.55/hour within M25). Additional payments like lone work premiums apply location-wise.
- 16+ hours weekly offered; options for 12-hour minimal shifts available.
- Pay reviewed annually.
