Tesco Store Colleague – Availability Window & Role Description

About the Role

Our Tesco Colleague role starts with an hourly rate of £13.28 (£14.55 for stores within the M25). Additional payments may apply depending on your location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with flexibility for reduced hours (minimum 12 hours) if preferred. Below is your availability window for shifts:


Availability Window

Available Days & Times

  • Monday 14:00 – 20:00

  • Tuesday 14:00 – 20:00

  • Friday 14:00 – 20:00

  • Saturday 15:30 – 22:00

Our team will schedule your shifts within these times and provide 3 weeks' notice before your shifts begin. Flexibility is encouraged where possible.
