About the Role
Our Tesco Colleague role starts at £13.28 per hour (increasing to £14.55 in stores within the M25). Additional payments may apply based on location.
We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week for new colleagues, though flexible opportunities (even from 12 hours) are available.

You will be responsible for:
- Serving customers with passion, pride, and knowledge of our products
- Performing tasks across the store (picking, replenishment, deliveries)
- Practising safe, efficient routines aligned with training
- Driving customer satisfaction while reducing waste, cost, and shrinkage
- Handling products carefully to ensure quality
- Living Tesco’s values daily, fostering inclusion
- Participating in team events and brand representation
Requirements
You’ll need:
- A passion for service, greeting customers cheerfully
