Our Store Colleagues are the heart of the Tesco experience, delivering exceptional service to customers with passion and pride. Availability Window
We require availability across the following times throughout the week:

- Shifts will be scheduled within these hours, with 3 weeks’ notice of your exact shifts.

Key Responsibilities
You will:
- Know your customers and serve them with passion—delivering great, natural service.
- Be passionate and knowledgeable about your store’s products and services.
- Work across service, picking, and replenishment areas as required.
- Follow training and operational guidelines to ensure safety, efficiency, and top service.
- Make customer-focused decisions to improve routines, sales, service, and customer experience.
- Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events to create an inclusive atmosphere.
- Monitor store performance and reduce waste while supporting shoppers in their best way.
- Handle products with care, maintaining quality and delivering great customer value.
- Lead by example—be yourself, embody our values, welcome everyone, and uphold our policies.
- Accept deliveries at times as needed.
