Tesco Store Colleague – Availability & Responsibilities
About the Role
This is an exciting, hands-on role in a Tesco customer-facing store. You’ll help shape great experiences for our shoppers by promoting inclusive, sustainable service.
Availability Window
Our preferred time windows for availability towork:

Thursday: 15:00 to 21:15
-
Friday: 09:00 to 18:45
-
Saturday: 14:00 to 22:00
Notes:
- Our pay starts at £13.28/hour, rising to £14.55/hour for stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply based on location.
- All new colleagues receive a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with flexibility down to a minimum of 12 hours available.
- Exact shift scheduling occurs within these windows with 3 weeks' notice.

Requirements
✔ Must be 18 or over for this role (sunrise to sunset compatible or exception-based roles only).
